This is pretty nice. I think more could be brought out in the texture of the building and, possibly, the door itself.

Thanks Bob, so how do I bring out more texture? I have Photoshop 2020, so perhaps there is a texture function that I can apply?

Jason, it's a combination of getting the correct exposure at the time of capture. In this case, you did rather well. Secondly, adjustments to the Sliders in ACR such as, Contrast, Highlights, Shadows, Whites, and Blacks, along with some adjustments to Clarity, Vibrance, and Saturation. Follow that with a bit of sharpening and you can see the results. I hope you don't mind that I used your posted photo as an example, as it would be the most fitting to do so.

Since each photo requires its own varying degrees of adjustment, providing you with the exact settings for this one may mislead you on additional photos.

Jason, I've enjoyed your posts. Building details, doors, windows, stairways, parapets, etc... all make for great compositions. I would love to view the full - high res versions, so be sure to click the option to allow download of the full, original size photo.

Nice door shot; I like it. Also, what Bob said to make it better.

You are getting there ... listen to Bob and experiment, it will come to you.

There are some on here whose advice you can and should ignore ... Bob is not one of them, look at Bob's body of work posted on here.
