It's Free Sunday once again. If you've been here before you know the routine. If it's your first time, welcome and feel free to share any of your latest that makes you proud, or if your looking for a little help to make something better there are some pretty talented folks around here willing to help with just about anything photographic. No subject restrictions.
I've had a lack of inspiration recently and I've thought of Bushido shooting his favorite stump when he's been in a funk photographically. So I spent a little time just looking at the environment closest around me.
I posted some smooth things on Pat's challenge but the soft stuff kind of went untouched. In Dee's sewing room ….

Your wife does lovely work!
In the guest room I found all these albums from days of film and prints. I pulled out a panorama from an overlook in Trinidad, California, and scanned it to see what else I might do with it.

Love these, Sue - and the idea. I especially like the foggy one.

I like the electrically charged version.
A few for Free Sunday. The tractor sits on site of an old farmhouse and barn converted into a fancy, expensive event center. I drive by it regularly and finally, stopped

I like the variety of viewpoints.
Today is Groundhog Day!
Dear Mr Groundhog,
Don’t be afraid,
If your shadowy image you see
Please DO NOT FLEE!
Stay around without fear
And let us know that spring is drawing near.
A sunny or cloudy day
Shouldn’t a legend make
For, anyway, many think you’re just a fake
Enjoy your day that’s named just for you
And please give us a good report, please do!
Because dear Mr. Groundhog,
I believe in you.
