Northern Harrier Take-Off

Northern Harrier Hawks are common at Farmington Bay in the winter and other fresh water marsh areas which empty into the Great Salt Lake. I watched a female Harrier today perched on the ground until she was ready to leave and caught a few images as she was just taking-off. I took the pictures from my car window using the car as a mobile blind. I'm open to any suggestions on technique or post processing.

The last two images are the same except I removed what I thought were distracting bush branches in the last image. Preferences on removing or keeping the branches?

Camera settings - f/8, 1/3200-5000 sec, and iso 1100-2000 - using auto iso (I recognize that the 1/5000 sec was faster than needed and could have been lower with resulting lower iso, especially since the bird was not in flight at that point)
