BBF on Fuji X100 series

I believe I have stumbled upon a way to do BBF on my X100T (I see why people complain about Fuji manuals!). I put the camera on manual focus, thus disabling the shutter release from focusing the camera, and use the AFL/AEL button to autofocus (yes, that button does trigger autofocus in manual focus mode 🤔).
So first of all, if anyone has been wanting to do BBF with a similar body but didn't know how, this does work. Second, if anyone more familiar with Fujis than I knows an even better way, please let me know!

Thank you for that info. I have an X100F and wasn't able to find BBF in the manual. I will try you method later today.

I couldn't find any mention of BBF in the manual either, but your method works and I now have my X100F set for MF.
