Wonderful Set...........and an interesting approach to the lake view. I t was such a shallow lake or least from that perspective. Was it formed by Glacier activity originally?

Thank you..not sure about the original formation....it is fed by a glacier above the lake.

Having photographed Avalanche Lake and the trail numerous times, I find your capture of the settings to be quite appealing. My only observation is that the images tend toward the darker side, and perhaps that was your intent. I would find the images more appealing if they were lightened a bit, with a touch of contrast. As always, Just MHO!

Thank you for looking, commenting, and offering your suggestion. Here is a brighter photo. I would have liked it better if the mountains were front lit instead of being back lighted.
