That article is pure spin.
If you consider just the banks mention besides Deutsche Bank, we learn that some banks are willing to TAKE his money in the present, and a few banks were willing to make loans to him in the PAST.
No one is arguing with either of those points.
The article gives no evidence that any bank besides DuetscheBank is presently willing to lend him money.
