OK, the actual time could be longer as the camera only records in .01 sec. increments. Anyway, you get the idea.

Thank you, Val. "Action" pretty well sums up rodeo in one word.

Great sequence. Bull riders have got to be nuts to do that.

Thanks for the nice comment. I totally agree on the riders assessment. I had a friend in college that rode bulls, and he appeared a completely normal 18 yr old otherwise.

Thank you for the comment, and thank you for a forum to post to. I have found bridges to be capable, but there are issues with the small sensor that need some work-around done in PP. I consider my first bridge to be a Minolta DiMage Z1, but the term was not in general use at that time.

I am giving serious thought to selling off my Sony A6300 and lenses and accessories and picking up an RX100M7. It’ll give me everything I’ve got in the A6300 kit, plus more zoom range, all in a very compact package. The RX100 may be compact, but it’s still a bridge camera, as far as I am concerned, anyway. It just doesn’t have the larger body other bridge cameras have.

It has been my understanding from the start, a bridge camera had a single, non-replaceable lens, with variable focal ranges, and user controls for shutter, aperture, and ISO. A bridge between a point and shoot, and a DSLR. The Canon SX50 became the flagship for bridges with its "Megazoom" 50x zoom range and promotion by Canon.
