Doesn't matter. It should just be a matter of life, liberty, and property of the woman. Her life should not be put at risk with a pregnancy unless she agrees to it. Her liberty should not be constrained by that pregnancy or by the responsibility of children unless she agrees with it. And the fetus is her property until it's born.

This is a false argument. If that's the case perhaps some advance thought should be given to the potential results of sleeping with someone.
