Does anyone use Photodexs Proshow?

I have used Proshow producer for many years, the other day I was using PSP version 9 and encountered a problem, so I called, they always had found the problem, even logging on and fixing the problem. Yesterday when I called their number did not work. Long story short I e-mailed and found that this was the way they now gave support. My question is this the end of a great program?

I have used Proshow Gold but not recently. I love the program and I want to make more slide shows but seem to get sidetracked. I have not had the need to contact Proshow and I don't know about the viability of Photodex as a company. Hopefully you will get responses from more knowledgeable folks.....

Yes. Love it. No issues encountered.

I have emailed them twice. Got an answer back on the first issue, nothing on the second. But my second issue was because I wasn’t inserting video clips into a show the way they recommended. The program wasn’t giving me the menu options available to edit video clips so I experimented a bit with how I was doing and it and it works fine. They require you to upload the show you’re having trouble with and on their review they didn’t see anything wrong so they didn’t get back to me.
