In Australia we call it Junk Art. I admire the creativity that irises from some of these artisans.
To have the mental image is one thing, but to then proceed to building it from junk, is the true art.
To turn old mechanical parts, & worn out Agricultural parts into sea monsters or scifi monsters is amazing.
