That is exactly how I feel about the liberals moving into NC, FL and TX, they come because liberal policies have made their home states untenable, yet they continue to vote for demonics and will eventually ruin the states that freedom loving Americans call home.

Maybe you are really unhappy that the overall demographics of this country are moving away from you politically. But I see why it is easy to blame evil liberals.

This country should never change and grow? Not since 1776?

I am not in agreement with their changes or agenda...but they have every right to strive or it.

Telling them to shut up or leave is pretty un-American.

Sometimes freedom hurts a little huh...

What does that matter ??

It is about who doesn't belong here. If people do not like this country the way it is intended to be, they do not belong !!

Duly elected Congresswomen (all citizens) do not belong here? Do you think their constituents do not have a right to vote? How Trumpie Republican of you.

The right to belong here has absolutely nothing to do with your approval. If you are so unhappy that people with opinions different than you are allowed to vote, then may I suggest that you are the one who does not belong here.

This is the Attic Baz, there are serious statements and then there is venting, the demographics are changing as you suggest, there is also the problem of flight from the liberal cities of the north and for Texas from many of the cities in CA. That too changes the demographics, New York has lost representation in the House while Texas and Florida has gained seats, but the fact still remains, folks come down to these states because of the low tax base and relaxed regulatory environments but continue to vote as they did back home, for politicians that would change all of that.

In YOUR opinion. Again, I doubt very much that you are qualified as Constitutional scholar, although you have a right to your opinion. In fact, if you were a Constitutional scholar you would not even suggest that certain citizen not be allowed to vote or elect their own Representatives to Congress.

You don't have the faintest clue about what has made America great. But as a public service, I will give you your first clue: its not your red hat.

You're welcome.

So what are you going to do about it? Are you suggesting a political litmus test before someone can move from a blue state to a red state? How about if we erect check points at state borders to keep evil liberals out of your right wing paradise. How about walls and tariffs?

I think that the reason people move are far more complicated than your simplistic formula. Besides aren't you happy that red states are gaining population? Maybe someday, you will have an economy that rivals California. What a happy day that will be.

The country as a whole is moving away from you. That is the reason the Republican party has lost the popular vote in 6 pf 7 of the last Presidential elections.

In the last election they thought that Hillary had things in the bag because the media had convinced them of her landslide election and as a result many felt that their votes were unimportant and unneeded for her election and in my opinion it is probable that many didn't bother to take the time to vote. I do not think that they will view this upcoming election the same.

The Voter Turnout Rates don't agree with your assessment of voters not coming out in the last Presidential Election:

2016 60.2%
2012 58.6%
2008 61.6%
2004 60.1%
2000 54.2%
1996 51.7%
1992 58.1%
1988 52.8%
1984 55.2%
1980 54.2%

This country has a process for that. If they get any laws passed which might be unconstitutional, the Supreme Court, which is now conservative majority, can decide that. These women have been elected to Congress and are doing what they think is good for the country, and shouldn't be asked to leave the country because their political opposition disagrees with them.

There is nothing to be done about it, I don't think that voters on either side of the aisle are very sophisticated in voting, just look at the mayor of NYC or the governor of your state, IMO too many people simply vote the party line without understanding the consequences of their votes.. To answer your question, no, I am not happy to see the influx into the state, the nature resources of this state such as water is already a concern and much of the infrastructure can not be expanded to meet the new demands such as roads and bridges. Even recreational areas that used to be enjoyed for natural beauty are over crowded and no longer can be utilized as they previously could.

Edit... Your economy is something that you in CA like to brag about and in some ways I have to concede it is impressive, but is it really improving the lives of the people of CA? You have problems that your economy has done nothing to fix such as housing and a poverty gap that is worse than anywhere else in our nation. CA leads the country in the percentage of population living below the poverty line.

What is interesting is that the one not born here has been a citizen longer than Melania Trump.

Andy Borowitz is reporting this morning that House Democrats are urging Trump to go back to Russia.

Is there some contest that the democrats have on the longest citizenship that it somehow makes you a better citizen, smarter? ? Who cares how long either have been a citizen. What an ignorant thing to say.

So, no one is surprised by an idiotic thing a democrat says.

Lets see if the people are stupid enough to "duly elect" them for a second term.
