I don't know if you would be interested or not, but I have a Nikon 200mm F4 manual focus
in very good shape with a leather bag holder and lens protective filter for $100. I realize its
not the one you're asking about, but I thought I'd let you know. I'm not the original owner, I bought it from someone in Japan. The lens has good color and is very sharp, but I just don't use it much.

No problem. I understand. Good luck with your search.
Could you send pics, thanks Jim Bianco
Hey Jim,
Are you talking about the 200m F4 lens that I have?
Mike
if so, let me know and Ill take some.. sure
I know these aren't photos of the lens, but were used with the 200mm f4 lens. I took these walking around my neighborhood the last time I used that lens this past February. I believe the books were behind plexi-glass but maybe not. It was a book stand near my house where you can take or leave books. Also the flower was just something near the lake, but I didn't sharpen it. I was testing the bokeh.
I know the images are nothing special, was just testing the lens trying different types of uses.

Very nice and sharp, what are you asking for the lens again, I might have to sell my Nikon 70-300 vr, If, 3.5 to get it. Thanks Jim Bianco
$100 with the leather carrying bag and Im 99% sure it has a filter on it but Ill double check.
Its a nice lens. Remember its manual focus an older lens from the 70's or 80's. I can get you the serial number too if you like. I have a 80-200 lens that I use and a 135 that I use more than the 200. Its a nice lens that needs someone to use it.
Thanks anyway, I just bought one on Ebay for79.00 free ship

I have one, along with some others; 24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 35-105mm, & 135mm. I used 4 of them on my original F model (1964) and the 24 and the zoom on a N-2000 that I bought from a friend. The only thing wrong with the F is the shutter leaf springs are weak which throws the shutter peed off. The N-2000 works fine (at least it did the last time I tried it).
no problem, but by the time you added the vintage leather case and the filter, it would have been
the same value.
Mike
Sorry my original request was for 200mm F2 , manual focus, is this available from your side or you have f4 same local lenght ?
