Actually, many "reactionaries" have a form of Asbergers.
Combine that with a genetic anomaly that diminishes their ability to recognize humor, and you have a person more suited for some things, but not all positions. Low level management, line supervisors, policemen, etc. Will get "Peter Principled" very early in their career advancement.
They'll have a tendency to form semi large cliques, or bromance groups, and a big (if not only) source of amusement is if unfortunate things happen to a another perceived to be competitive group.
You'll usually recognize them by their tendency to quote themselves iterating an obscure past occurrence, reciting (wrongly) their opinion of it, use this to justify a complete irrelevant position, and declare themselves a "winner" because they satisfied some internal it-for-tat societal balance.
