I think the white birds/egrets are definitely the most difficult to photograph. I am unable to get great shots unless the light is just right....but then ….sky is the limit! You did an outstanding of maintaining the integrity of the bird and capturing the surroundings! What were your settings?

Very nice shot. Not an easy situation to obtain good exposure; you certainly have accomplished that. The setting is very pleasing along with a beautiful bird.
