Eastern Kingbird eating seeds on the fly

One of my favorite birds.
I thought they were mainly insect eaters, but I saw this one today hovering and picking off grass seeds. Or maybe it was an bug on the grass.
Only a few birds have that white band on their tail feathers like they were dipped in white paint, so it makes for a pretty definitive ID.

I love it and how you have that open wing where we can see all the perfect feathers and markings
