Jet from the Black Hole in M87

This is ~9 hours of exposure time of 5 min subs. I was hoping for a bit more of the jet coming from M87's Supermassive Black Hole, but I guess something is better than nothing.

The bottom left is a zoomed in version.

Thanks. For those that don’t understand how big things are, This galaxy is ~54,000,000 light years away. That's 318,600,000,000,000,000,000 miles away or 318 Quintillion miles.

Good work Jim! I am now inspired to put my 3200mm vixen on M87 and try for some 10 minute exposures. I love these kind of challenges and...the fun is in the trying!

If I get a close up....do you think there may be a chance I might get past in the event horizon and get swept in!
