Since you asked me - My honest opinion is to go with the last one of the Snowy in flight. You nailed the feather detail with spot-on exposure. Add to that that your composition is pretty near perfect. His eye is almost exactly on the intersection of the two lines at the bottom right. Another plus is that it’s a BIF. IMO, the feather detail is just not there in your other images. Also, the birds are looking away or the eye is otherwise not really fully visible.
That’s my nickel’s worth.

They are all outstanding, but if I had to pick one it would be #7.

The contrast with the darker background, the reflection in the water and the light on the Egret's back make number 3 my choice --- all great photos.

These are all really great shots. My favorite is #8 because it is the perfect portrait. Next I like #3 with the reflection in the water.
Your hereford bull is great!
What a wonderful set of images of the Egret. love #3 version as a classic display of that snowy-white bird and real elegant moves as it hunts among the grasses.

I like them all, but the third from last is my favorite.
I am by myself on this but # 8 really caught my eye.

I like 3 best. The contrast between the dark water and the bird combined with the good reflection as well as the pale reeds behind make it eye catching
