This image is obviously distressed and needs any help you can give it. It is large, dull and flat. Lot's of leeway for improvement.
Please feel free to download this image to your computer. Then you can edit it any way that you feel is appropriate. Color shifts, filters, textures, composites, black and white conversions, alterations are all acceptable. When you have finished your edit, you can post it in this thread. Edits will be accepted until 9pm on Thursday when we will begin voting. No edits will be accepted after Thursday 9pm.

Straightened. Did some brightening, sharpening, up the saturation and a bunch of cloning. Tried to keep the picture as real as it might have been. Check out the Download a huge difference.

Focused on the farmhouse and the rolling hills with the sheep herd. Love the beginning of autumn colors.

Here's my take. I noticed that it was not terribly sharp when I cropped, so I decided to add a bit of midnight and glow.
