The basic Constitution is a strong and powerful document but if it was perfect, why did we keep amending it, and remember, even the original document was amended with the Bill of Rights before it was signed in 1789.
Yes. The constitution has within it a method for change. But NOT at the whim of any court or person. And BTW that c onstitution has no mention of giving ANY court ,including the supreme court, the ability to determine which laws are to be allowed or not allowed. The supreme court TOOK that authority out of thin air. The constitution does NOT, repeat the nconstitution DOES NOT give the supreme court the power to declare any law constitutional or not.
