Here are a set of six from circa 1979 or so, Plux-X film just now scanned. This lass was photographed first in a bikini and after she got her confidence up she "went for it" and we did several sessions, extracts from which are shown here. Those that have followed my posts will recognize the props. These images were not done in a single session but were from at least three different sessions. Some might be considered a bit marginal in terms of artistic quality. So be it. We were having fun at the beach.
Those are very nice images!
Thanks ! Was in fact another coworker !!

All good... except for the gun (yep, I don’t like them).
Another beautiful set. I’m glad I don’t have your archives because I would never leave the house. 😊
The photo with the vintage pistol and bottle was my favorite. The model was excellent. You should send her the set if you can find her. She would marvel and chuckle at the prime of her life.
Very nicely done. Haven't cared for the pistol/bottle props but just simply because I can't mentally tie them in to the ocean background.
Rather a good point! Another item along those lines is how cluttered looking the black fabric appears. If these shots were to be done again I think I'd pay more attention to that. And perhaps use either the white gloves from the thrift store OR the black fabric but not both. Sigh. Hind sight is so good !!

Hindsight can be enlightening but I have enjoyed most of your extensive postings because I have remained aware many were "taken in the moment". Often just girls on the beach (not experienced models) with lighting, background, props, camera and film you had on hand. (I have seen some here, who have had control of all those things, not do nearly as well).
I too have posted some here from the 70s and would guess neither one of us at the time was thinking "I need to take more care because 40-50 years from now I am going to post these to UHH where very experienced photographers will critique them." <grin>

I don’t think it adds to the image, but if you don’t like them, don’t get one.
