Had my car washed yesterday. This very beautiful 41/42' Ford was also there.
Only had my iPhone with me.

Thanks for viewing,
Mark

Mark, you did a fine job with the iPhone. They sometimes amaze me how good they can be in capable hands.

Thank you. I did not do anything special other than slightly adjust using levels and crop in PSCC.
This car wash does detailing and seems to always have one or two incredible cars around. At the same time there was a Royal Royce in the enclosed area.
I still love my 99' Honda CRV and my wife's 2018 Accord. Two more years and the Accord will be paid for. .

Don't you know that you can't take decent pictures with an iPhone? Much less a beautiful capture like this one? What are you thinking??

Last vehicle made before Ford switched to war production I believe.

Nice car, don't know I'd be running it through a car wash if I owned it!

Excellent shot Mark. Wow, does that ever bring back memories. I guess that was about the last model until the wars end in '45. Your shot sparks a trip back to great times. Thanks.

They know how to handle finishes there. It's an uptown car wash and detailing shop.

Thanks,
Mark

For me too. In 1952, my cousin had a 39' Ford, all "souped up". We went everywhere in it.

Thanks,
Mark
