Isn't it usually true that when a legal matter is is found to be corrupted or tainted with perjury and/or false evidence that all subsequent proceedings based on that case are called into question?

Trump finally got the Attorney General he wanted. Barr is nothing but an embarrassing cheer leader. I watched Fox News in the afternoon before the crazies come on at night. Sheppard Smith and Chris Wallace objectively reported the problems for Trump in this report.

If you have read the full Mueller report and are not at least secretly concerned about the actions of Trump and his minions, then shame on you.

My head is exploding with joy that the truth is finally starting to come out about Trump. As he stated when he learned Mueller had been appointed, he is f.....! Read the report. There are too many to count contacts between Russians and the Trump campaign. The report states that Russia definitely interfered and they wanted Trump to win. Why did they want Trump to win? They knew that he is stupid and could be manipulated just like his supporters are. There are 10 instances of Trump trying to obstruct justice, but his aides wouldn't follow his orders. Press Secretary Sarah was forced to admit that she just makes things up. Where is Trump while all of this is being dissected - golfing in Florida while costing taxpayers $3 million for security and wanting federal agencies to cut their budgets.

We're having 2 different conversations here.

To be clear, the Mueller Investigation resulted in numerous indictments and guilty pleas.
That's a good thing.

If ANYONE did anything illegal, or alleged to be illegal, they should be investigated and prosecuted if sufficient evidence is found that they did something illegal.

How can you not agree with this statement?

Chris I think we all agree with your statement that wrongdoers should be prosecuted if laws were broken. You are also correct in that two conversations are in progress. The point Angmo is trying to make, if I may speak for him, is that out of all these convictions and charges, not one of them shows Trump to be guilty of anything regarding collusion with Russia. That, my friend, is the point.

If there was an investigation of every single person in Congress regarding collusion I suspect you could have possibly over 500 indictments and charges regarding something afoul of the law.

Does make you "gag" to think that you might agree with a Liberal?

Why aren't they being investigated right now?
"You" guys are in power NOW.
Why haven't "you" started an investigation?
What's stopping "you"?

Chris for one reason, to my thinking anyway, Jeff Sessions was the AG. Personally I feel he is/was part of the corrupt swamp in Congress. I think you can agree that many people in politics know of corrupt dealings with others in politics. One of the reasons that draining the swamp is that so many swamp dwellers continue to look out for each other KNOWING that if they rat off Senator so and so, that that Senator has an equal amount of dirt on them.

Much of what Congress does seems to be a secret. One example is this: Apparently Congressmen and women have numerous sexual assault/harassment scandals that our tax dollars have paid to suppress. Would it not be nice to have published each person in Congress who have received tax dollars to suppress their sexual actions for which they have been sued? Especially now with the #MeToo movement would it not be nice to find out exactly who does not deserve to be representing Americans in the halls of Congress. I mean that from both sides of the aisle.

Just as Eric Holder was supporting Obama. Even Holder once said he was Obama's Wingman. Apparently you approved back then. What has changed now?

How long have you had this stuttering problem. You might want to have that looked into. Did you think we didn't hear you the first time?

I think his point was more that the investigation should never have taken place BECAUSE the allegations against Trump we're
1) made by lying Dems
2) not substantiated by the investigation

I will make a broad generalization that "WE" are so busy being angry that we have stopped listening to the "other side" because it might make us look weak.

It's a very sad state of affairs, IMHO.

I do not have crow in my ears nor is there any reason for me to be eating it.

Extremely poor attempt at humor.
