A trip to Mt. Washington, New Hampshire in 2005
I especially like the photo of the informational sign. It was totally in focus and I could read the whole thing. Thanks for the pictures and information.
I'm at Washington frequently and this brings back nice memories.
Nice set.
We live a bit to the south of Mount Washington in Piermont, New Hampshire and have done the Cog Railway a few times. Each trip is a different photo experience. You showed the trip highlights very nicely. Hope you enjoyed the trip and please return again and shoot more great pix!!

I rode the cog rail train once, drove up the second time. Socked in by fog at the top both times.
Those who have driven to the top will understand this. When we were there they told of a young girl who worked at the top. On her way home, (driving down) she lost her brakes. Amazingly, she made it all the way to the bottom, only to hit a tree and got killed. The road IS a real TRIP!!.
Not too many pictures; they're all interesting & beautiful.
