I buy many used Nikon Lenses from Ebay. I check the sellers rating, I buy Mint in the box 99% of the time. EBAY protects the BUYER. You will have up to 30 days once you get the lens. If you are not satisfied in any way you can return it. You can usually get better deals on Ebay than from large vendors. And usually, you buy from the owner of the lens, not so from large box vendors. You are also able to ask any questions of the owner prior to purchase.

Sammy's Camera in California. They are honest and sell good used equipment. You can get good stuff on ebay if you are careful. Lensrentals has some good stuff too. Their equipment sees a lot of use but when they sell is they make sure it's in good shape. Adarama sells good used equipment, I buy all my new equipment from them and they are a good company to do business with.
