For years I used a manual camera ( Nikon FE2). I decided to move to a AF camera the Nikon D7200 so I could use all my FE2 30 year old lenses with full metering with focus light in the view finder. It took me several days to custom set the cameras setting to the way I wanted. I took a walk a few days ago and took my first photos. Hope you like them.
Lovely set and welcome to the Hog......good luck too.
Very nice set. You are well on the way to make good photos. However, you might want to pay closer attention to focusing more sharply. The bird pictures are slightly out of focus. Could be your AF setting, hand holding (not likely), being too close??? The other shots are great.
Looks like you have your settings right! Nice series!
BTW when you post your photos it helps us viewers if you check the "store original" box so we can enlarge the view to fully appreciate the photo.

Good start.
Yep. That's a Nikon lens at 300mm handheld. That lens I think needs AF focus tuning. But, I will do more testing before adjusting.
My old manual lens adjusted perfectly.
Thanks for the information
