I doubt that this is the origin but its from a 2012 post. There is around 25 million results.

Be aware that if you put the bulletin on the Internet there are programs that search for particular images and if the image that they are searching for is found you will be notified somehow. This recently happened to someone I know, who should have known better than to pull an image off the web since she is a photographer! You might consider setting up that type of photo yourself instead of using someone else's image.
