thanks for sharing .I only have one covered bridge in my area , and it is no longer used by vehicles or any thing else . But is still in good shape

The old photo reminded me that was the night I took my neighbors daughter dancing at the Totem Pole Ballroom in Norumbega Park in Auberndale Massachusetts. On our return the floodwaters from Hurricane Diane had closed all the roads to our area of Weymouth. After some searching I found a bridge to cross ( it collapsed soon after). I got her home very late and was glad he didn’t own a shotgun.
