Need referral to Canon repair facility

Hi gang,
Recently, my PS G15 started acting funny, refusing to zoom in on a object, auto focus freezes, and just plain unwilling to do what it's supposed to. I really like the camera and would love to get it fixed. Toward that end, I contacted Canon to see what I needed to do to have it repaired, and was told they no longer service the G15 and couldn't provide a referral for me to send it to.
Might any of you have a suggestion based on your experience?

A repair could possibly be more money than a purchase off of ebay.
