Nice photos, but odds are that goose has never been to Canada.

Great sharp, well composed images.
Nice, crisp images! I can almost see them move!
My wife is Canadian, the geese are not. They are Canada Geese (or goose). It was she who first corrected me.

As I said, they've probably never been to Canada, but the photos are quite nice.
Thank you for the correction as I have also been making the same mistake.
I recognise him, he was on the 17th green last Friday

I notice you are from PA whereas the OP is from Las Vegas, Nevada which happens to be on the Pacific FlyWay wild bird migration route that extends from Alaska to southern South America! So, it is quite possible that the Canada Geese that the OP posted have in fact either been from Canada or have overflown Canada in their twice annual migration to/from Alaska and northern Canada.
The Canada Goose is found in Russia, all of Europe and parts of Africa as well as most of North America and parts of South America.
Here on the west coast of Canada, a few geese that were tagged in eastern Russia have been found amongst the flocks of geese that are regularly tracked migrating to and from Alaska, Canada and the USA.

Las Vegas NV has a warm climate pretty much year round, with temperatures rarely dropping below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Just like here in the east, Atlantic Flyway, many Canada Geese have made locations below the 49th parallel their home and no longer migrate north to the beautiful country they share a name with.
I never said these particular geese have never been to Canada. I'd have no way of definitively knowing that. What I said is, there is a distinct possibility the geese have never flown as far north as Canada and possibly have spent their entire life in the USA, thus making them not Canadian Geese at all.
