Price reduced to $700.00. Everything is here, in great shape and ready to go. A low mileage Nikon D200 with 12,124 actuations (Nikon tests these shutters to 150,000 actuations), Nikon MB-D200 battery grip, 2 Nikon EN-EL3e batteries(both test as "new"), charger, USB cable, CF card and manual. The D200 is a pro-sumer camera. Unlike its consumer brethren, it has a professional auto-focusing system, magnesium frame, is fast and weatherproof. There is a blemish on the rear lower right corner of the camera body. You can see it in the photo, where the body and grip join. The kit includes an AF 18-50mm 3.5-5.6 Quantaray lens and a Nikkor AFS 70-300mm 4.5-5.6VR zoom lens with original packaging, manual and an appropriate Pearstone soft case. This is an FX lens which means that the effective field of view on the D200 DX sensor would equal 450mm! I enjoy shooting wildlife and have captured many memorable images with this lens. See the attached Osprey in flight pix. All of this (except the manual) fits in the included Think-Tank Retrospective 5 shoulder bag. Carried "messenger style", this bag is loaded with pockets, slots and exterior attachment options. The strap is wide and nicely padded. It does not scream "camera inside!" like many other camera bags. And it comes with a rain cover.

I purchased a D300s a some time ago and thought that I might keep the D200 as a back-up. I've found that I'm not using it so it's time for someone else to enjoy it.

Thank you for looking.
Dean

D200 is still a great machine. I kept mine and still use it a lot even after adding a D800 a short time back. This would make an excellent package for someone. I noticed on Adorama a D200 body only, no battery grip or anything else, for $395. Should make someone happy.

How much are you asking for it--I am mostly interested in the 70-300mm vr lens?
