I'm not figuring out how to do initial post here so I'm going to post using the reply button.
This image was taken on a cloudy day with a nikon v1 using an 30-100 zoom. The dog was on a leash held by its master. As the dog looked up at me I grabbed two quick shots and used the one I posted. I sampled color from the dogs fur using the eyedropper tool. Created a new layer and painted the color around the dog using a soft brush. The I added a mask to do a little touch up work.

Hi, It was suggested that I post my closeups here. I can't find any where to post. I assume it is because posting is closed at this time. When can I try to post for the next round

You can post them here if you wish, but the challenge has been closed for awhile so most people will not see them. There is a Close Up forum that would be more appropriate.
