Erv, most people around here call them weeds and chop them down. I keep them around for the birds. Glad you like 'em and thanks for looking.

I am the same way Gene. I have 2 fields close to the house I have stopped mowing. They are full of beautiful weeds.:) Sammy and I walk through them all year getting shots. I never thought to count how many different things are in the. I will have to do that this year.:) Sammy doesn't get to walk with me in the fall. He comes out of the field looking like a big seed pod.:):) OH, the neighbors love me.:)

Hi GeneM, this is a beautul set of pictures thankyou for submitting and for the links..As far as I am concerned all of these photos are closeups due to the fact that the main details of interest fill 70% of the frame area..keep posting :thumbup:
