In back yard when I seen and heard quite a few crows. Went to investigate in adjoining yard behind some trees and much to my surprise, a hawk was in front of a bush tearing apart another bird of unknown identification. I walked at an angle sliding my feet to within about 15 yards and took several pictures. He stayed there for about 4-5 minutes before he had had enough.

Cool photo... it looks like she is leaving a mess! This is an example of how photographers get nifty experiences because they take photos. My guess is that you would have only had a small interest in the crows if the camera wasn't close?? Thanks for the pic.

after hearing them more than once I came back in the house, retrieved the camera, and walked up to the adjacent neighbors yard. Alsmost sorry I did not pay attention immediately.
