Okay, so, I'm using a Point and Shoot for this particular month because my DSLR is being fixed and for some reason Canon is backed up. Anyway, I need to know what everyone thinks will make a difference in these few photographs. I need help, I know that for sure! Thanks!

I want to first point out, the "For some reason, a very green bullfrog" was actually this color, no editing was done. Same with the other two as well.

My camera is an FujiFill Finepix S1800 and each one of these was on a different setting. I think they are decent but other's have said they look really bad???

1. looks like a large red spot, actually have to study it to see the details...camera maybe? Not sure you could have done anything about it. 2. I am commenting on your post because I wanted to say I love the frog picture. He is so vivid and you did a great job of catching him. 3. Can't critique the kids they are great. I am no expert so I can only comment on what I like.

Red flowers are very difficult. As you can see, there are no details in the red.

It is better, but needs more pop.... and the background needs to be less intrusive.

Try selecting the flower with your quick selection tool, invert the selection and try different filters on the background. Experiment.

Love the frog picture. The contrast and diagonal lines draw me in. Not crazy about the flower for the previous mentioned reasons. I think flowers are hard to photography and have been working on that myself.

Love the frog - thanks for letting us know it's "en camera" The lighting is superb on the kids - if only the background was less busy ! Ah, well, you caught 'em holding still long enough for a great shot!

I love the frog picture like everyone else. The flower would have been better had the upper left portion been left out of the photo. I really like macro photography and I would have tried to capture just the center. The last edited photo of the flower is good, but something about the left hand petals just seems wrong to me. The bottom and the center are perfect. The children's photo is great.

Third flower photo is great, best one of the three. frog photos has wonderful composition, I'm the only one who thinks this probably, but I feel the colors are just a little too enhaced, but it is a nice shot--the kiddos are great , just needing a little light in thier faces- good job!

I love the 3rd flower. Details much more interesting. I would have liked it just a bit smaller with some nice complimentary green surrounding it...even at a loss of a little detail with size reduction...fills the frame too completely for me.

Alright, you are kind of in luck, I always do multiple shots of the same object and keep at least 2 of them so maybe this other one will be close to your asking? Thanks for your comments as well!
