Raccoon, Grandkids

It was so dark when I took the pic of the raccoon, I didn't even think that it would turn out. Flash is stronger than I thought. And what's better than kids at Christmas. They were fascinated with my tree so took advantage of it. Tried a technique on them to emphasize the colored ornament in the last pic. I also like the vignette around the outside of alot of photos. It tends to really make the colors in a photo stand out. What do you think? I didn't use a flash on the second pic, it's just the colors from the tree lights.

I like the racoon image. Is there something that can be done with his eyes?

Great capture on all three shots. The Christmas shots, how precious.

Hi
The Raccoon shot looks like it may have been a test of skill and the shot of ur grandkids at the tree together amazing, class A shot, I really enjoy seeing real moments like that caught in a photo.

As I am still learning as I experiment with my camera, I am wondering if there is a way to make the color in the kids photo more true to life without a flash? The tree lights were the only lights on when I took the photo. Maybe that was the true to like color? What is your opinion on that?

That third one is amazing. Black and white with color on the ornament. EXCELLENT!!!!! That was one of the best photos I have ever seen.

I tried to play around with white balance and also adjusted the color balance then I sharpened it. Is this any better?

Very nice.

I like the black and white of your "masked bandit".

Not a black and white fan, but it goes quite well with him, especially being a night shot I'm sure.

The black and white with the colored Christmas ornament is neat too.
