In my opinion, one of the prettiest cars from '59, and this looks like a fine representation. It's a Plymouth of course.

Absolutely beautiful car, photographed perfectly. If I had the bucks, I'd buy one in a second.

I'd like to see this Whale-of-a-Crypsler Product "dancing ants-ishly" selected (in whatever soffwhale you might [or might not, but could get via a 30-Day Evaluation Copy of] have loaded and/or are comfortble in messin' with), and copy/pastein' that dancin'-anted selection as a 2nd layer on toppa itself. Then, with that 'original' layer Crypsler re-selected and inverted, doing a graduated diminution of the 'detail', from the foreground to background, by any of several possible methods/means --be that via a decrease in 'Clarity' or 'Exposure' or maybe even something wyld like a richeous bit of whacking to abstraction (mebby with 'Degas Dancers' in Topaz Impression? or something else? but using whatever Soffwhale Company's plug-in that you have and that you like such that you've produced a deduction/reduction/abstraction of the background such that the drek in the background 'trails off' into some sort of obscurity.

But only if this Chrysler Product has a Hemi in it. Otherwise, no point in gussying up the pic.

I grew up in Detroit. I worked at a Chrylser plant (pre- and post- that [now vaguely remembered] four years I lost in the U.S. Air Fierce). And did a wheelie rippin' outa the Big Boy's on Telegraph Ave in a Hemi-powered cheap-body 2-Door Dodge Dart back during the Pleistocene of the late 1960's.

Yes, I know what a Hemi is (and 'means', presumably). Or what a Hemi used to be (or meant), anyhow, in the hands and wrenches of some pretty serious Factory-Backed street & strip rod types back when dinosaurs were on top of the food chain.

That was a good movie Tradio. I`ve watched it a few times.
And Cany143, I don`t believe I asked for your comments. They come off as some kind of childish rant.

A "hemi" engine is an internal combustion engine that has a "hemispherical combustion chamber". It means that the cylinder head has a domed shape, which allows for higher compression and more power. Hemi engines were popularized by Chrysler in the 50's. The engine used in this 1959 Plymouth Sport Fury was a 318 cubic inch with 260 horsepower.

Nice shot Keeth. The '58 and '59 models were, I think, the best looking Plymouths of that era. If they were good enough for Ricky Nelson, they're good enough for me.
