I was expecting a candy bar....
Those are stunning and I really liked that they provided the exposure information.
Wonderful photos, an enormous amount of thought, planning and work went into composing each one. Thank you for posting.
Fantastic Photographs. I can't pick a favorite. I checked the gear used for most, both DSLR and MILC Canon and Nikon used, and many Sony MILC. One Hasselblad 50MP. I did not see any Pentax, Fujifilm, Leica cameras or Micro 5/4 format. No APS-C for that matter. Though I am not really up on what the features are of every Sony camera.
These people really know what they are doing. I've tried a few Astro-Photos and mine are essentially horrible. Though I many years ago got a few nice ones of Comets on film. Peace.
Awesome! The photographers knew what they wanted and most went to huge hassles to get themselves into the locations they had previsualized. The right equipment, the right time, nature cooperated, and they knew what they were doing; recognition or not, they achieved their goals. I also, appreciated seeing the details of equipment and data.

These are pretty amazing!
As a long time astronomer and photograoher I'm impressed
Fantastic photos all. Since I do not have the equipment nor the expertise for tracking, stacking and Photoshop I found the one single shot at 20s, f2.8, ISO 12800 to mean the most to me. I'm still pretty much a Lightroom C basic user. I have yet to examine the different sky exposures to see if there is some commonality.
