I don't know their name, but beautiful little flowers. In Tampa the summer rains have started, and these started growing very soon afterwards.
Some of you may know of my opinion on Tamron big zooms. (I don't like them!!) But I have always given Tamron smaller lenses their due!
These were taken with a Tamron 18~200 Macro zoom f/3.5 to f/6.3. I had never heard of a Macro Zoom before I bought this lens. And this is the first and (only) variable maximum aperture lens that I have ever owned.
I must say, I'm impressed with this lens. Very small, very light, but it feels solid! And the performance is obvious. At least to me!
Please let me know what you think. If it's good! If not, just pass on by!!
Beautiful set, Chief. Sharp as a tack. Seems like a great lens to me!
Cheers,
Don

Thank you, Don! Yeah, I bought it on advice from another UHH'er. I think it was good advice!

Curious what aperture you used for these. Great shots.
Commonly known as a Rain Lilly and blooming right on schedule!
I like the set, Chief. I don't see any issues with the images from this lens.
Are you going to try your new lens on birds? Very pretty flowers.

I'm not sure! Probably not. I guess I could try it at 200mm, I never even thought about it!
Thanks!
