C*****e c****e could trigger gigantic deadly tsunamis from Antarctica, new study warns. By Ben Turner
Quote “Previous periods of global warming, 3 and 15 million years ago”. What’s the deal? I thought us puny humans were to blame for the current one! I suddenly feel very insignificant, I thought I was in control of global climate and now I find that I’m nothing…

Don't worry, we are in control.
We have carbon credits to fix the problem.
'They' probably didn't have them millions of years ago.

We are just beginning to feel the effects of c*****e c****e, and those effects are going to much worse and faster than expected.

Yes! Perfect solution. Solve the carbon problem by buying and selling carbon credits. 🤣
how many carbon credits do i get for using an electric bicycle? Will that stop the tsunami?
The moment they make China and India equal part ers in suffering (by far the largest carbon contributors), start selling off some of their 10,000sq ft. mansions, private planes, and multiple guzzlers, they will have my attention. Until we reach that point I will just continue to prudently minimize my footprint.

No Jerry. C*****e c****e has been occurring ever since the Earth was formed. First it was super-hot. Then it got cold, super-cold. Then hot again. It experienced temperatures much higher than humans have ever experienced and much colder. It also went through multiple Ice Ages before humans and while we were here. As a "living" planet, the Earth's climate is constantly changing. Only places like the moon do not experience c*****e c****e - hot on one side and cold on the other. Who wants to live there? To think humans can change the weather, which makes up our concept of climate, it ludicrous. If we cannot change the weather, we cannot change the climate by definition.

Not so fast folks. People like John Kerry and Al Gore have been milking this story for years. They don't want the world to end while there are still tens of millions of dollars to be made from this farce
I agree 1000% with the thoughts of Tdearing above
I'd be more concerned with Cumbre Vieja in the Canary Islands.
We live on a very dangerous globe. Millions of life forms have existed on it and have been extinguished by its changing geology and climate. We will probably join them at some point.
