Your coworker could have stood there for an hour and that fawn would not have moved. Makes it much easier to get a great shot like this. Even when the body and eyes do not move, that little fawn is watching. I can always see in those eyes the fawn is saying "You cannot see me because I will not move." And I have nearly stepped on a couple of fawns because they really do not move and look somewhat like a brown rock. And they are cute. And mom will come, find them, and take good care of them.
