The 2 shots are a simple example of using the new AI Conceptual Task Bar in the Photoshop Beta 24.6 released yesterday. # 1 is a shot from the zoo, # 2 I used the taskbar to select subject, inverse the selection then prompt a background replacement, then outcrop and use the generative fill. After the first reply I'll post a link to one of 4 youtube videos on the new taskbar ( so this post doesn't end up in links ) You can access the other 3 videos by subscribing and going to the video list. I did crop in tighter on the new background version. Thought I'd share.
This cat will prowl the gallery before long.

Very interesting to see what can be done. Thanks for sharing these results, Buck.
The plants on the right look like they want to be in the foreground,
my mind says they're in the background (behind the cat)...

Looks like the tiger has stepped over the base of the tree and the plants are behind. I really did very little refining of the result, though it does allow you to do so, either regenerate or use generative fill on an area. Apparently the more it does the more the AI learns. Kind of a scary thought. I can see many times I may use something like this in compositing and/or enlarging a shot that was either too tight or cropped too close
Thank You Bill, this beta version still needs improving, but I can see several ways of using the technology.
Thanks for posting Dave.
