I took a train ride in Kentucky. It was during a civil war day. It was not a reenactment day just people dressed in civil war era clothes and a few other things. Then they rode the train with us and interacted with the passengers. I think I got a good photo of a cannon going off.

Soldiers who fought in the War Between the States were generally young and skinny rather than old and fat. One of my ancestors was, however, over 50 when he rode with General Custer in this war.
