Very nice, Pat. Greg has a sculpture on his property in Terlingua similar to your bottle tree. There is a shrub in the Southwest and Mexico called the Ocatillo.

It was in full bloom for our visit out there.

Here are mine. The first three were taken at Ocean City, MD, November 2022. The last two were taken at the Florida Botanical Gardens, near St. Petersburg Florida, Mach 2023.

Took this quick iPhone shot of my 4&6 yr old grandkids a few minutes ago. Note, no snow or ice on the bike this time!!
