So,
Paul B. a coupla' days ago put up some Excelent Pork Ribllet images for us all to Drool about!!
Oh my! Those looked so Guuuu-ud!!
...Since then I'd been thinkin' 'bout doin' up some pork, so I got a pack of "Boneless Pork Rib" meat to play with.
~ So,
what went down was downright D.Lish!! Mine were Grilled w/o charcoal or smoke as I was lookin' for a different flavor profile -
Whisky n Candy! The two-day marinade included a bit.O.honey (not the delicious candy, however! ...and when's the last time ya'll had one'ah those?? Huh?) and some
XO Coniac.
~ When it came time to make the BBQ Sauce, I added some
Woodford Reserve Distillers Select Whiskey. Dang if that sauce just
wanted ta' be just slurped up with a spoon right then!! (...and yes I DID!)
....anyway, pics of the delicious endeavor:

Thank you Tito14!! I will send a PM to you - it is kind of a cheater recipe - 'cause I generally make Sh..... uh, Stuff up as I go along when I create sauces!! The Whisky was a dominate feature though, as was the plan!

Thank you! These actually tasted quite a bit like pork "Burnt Ends" .... I might have achieved that - but I did not think about it at the time. If I would have cut them a bit smaller - and maybe a light smoke..... then grill? Hmmmmm.

Ok I know you got me beat. That pork looks delicious and I know it was delicious. Good photos to go along with it. Trying new things on a grill or smoker is fun. Sometimes good sometimes bad but it sure is fun to see what you can come up with and it looks like you come up with a winner this time. Happy grilling😃
