It rained all day the second full day we were in Sedona (the traffic eased considerably), so we rested, got organized and were ready to leave the next day. When we got to the outskirts of Sedona on US89A we found that the road to Flagstaff was blocked by rock slides. We went back down US179 to I17 and, finally, through Flagstaff toward Page.

This set shows Sedona as we left and the desert.

Comments and suggestions are welcome.

Yet another great set, Mike. BTW where did you stay in Sedona? We usually get there for at least a week each year. At one point we considered the purchase of a winter home in Sedona but decided it was just too crowded with sightseers (like us) most of the time.

Very interesting, especially #1. The rain clouds helped here despite what may have been disappointment on your part for lack of sun. You have different shots than what we usually see of sunny AZ.
