A beautiful clear night under the heavens and a balmy 4°C.
Fired up the Sony A7 III and an adapted Canon 24-105L lens to capture Venus in the sunset sky.
Moved on to the Sony a7R V with a David Levy 152 Mak-Newt scope on an iOptron CEM26 mount for a couple of deep sky shots.
I used Mizar as my alignment and focus star and thought, what the heck, give it some UHH time in the limelight.
My main target for the northern sky was the WhirlPool Galaxy (M51) and the sky was just about perfect even though my tracking was a touch off.
I'm still out making use of a great evening and have a few other targets in my sights...
Enjoy!

Great images mate, love the second one
Nice images. Love the colors of the Rocky Mountains sunset.
