Came across this scene on the Asbury Park boardwalk. The black and white photo of the woman is right behind a glass door. I thought about doing the photo all in black and white; but I think there is greater impact with the chains and door having color. The photo was taken with a vintage 200mm Rokkor lens adapted to fit my Nikon Z6.

I agree with you. I did not like the completely black and white version for exactly the reason you stated.
