This shot used a white sweep with a light shooting from behind and through the sweep, additional lights in front Right & Left using speed lights with white umbrellas. The vase has water in it and then tilted using fishing line to hold it in place using an overhead bar.
I took the main shot with the flower after placing flower petals on the base. I took three more shots holding leaves using tweezers above the vase. Added two color overlays layers for a little additional background.
