Everything was fine. I even used Canon’s Professional Print and Layout. Then the ap wouldn’t launch. Printer said it was on my router, nothing could print to it Reloaded software. Went back to factory settings. No change: ap won’t launch, printer goes through multiple reinstalls, and back to factory settings. No change.
It worked before, not now.
No viruses detected.

I never really liked Print & Layout. Should you continue to have issues with it try a trial version of Qimage. Short of a RIP, it's as good as it gets.
