That’s a very emotional encounter. My heart aches for those magnificent creatures and how they have been decimated by mankind.

King Kong preferred blondes also. I know this because I saw it in a movie a long time ago.

My recollection is not that clear, I saw it in B&W. I just remember him holding her in the palm of his hand and seemingly admiring her bikini.

Beautiful story. She is much braver than I would be. I couldn't do that.

Very funny - especially the hat.

I thought it was odd that he was sitting three feet from the gorilla waiting to see if it would be hostile.

He was making some kind of clucking noise which seemed to be some kind of gorilla talk' Like smoking a peace pipe!

Sure would be a rush. My eldest daughter visited a gorilla sanctuary in Uganda/Rwanda and got pretty close to some gorillas but not that close!

As a hunter I would never think of hunting and shooting one of those magnificent creatures.

The reasoning ability that the gorilla knew that the hat belongs on it's head was very telling about how intelligent these animals are. But the gentleness was what has me concerned for their survival!
